Decide what kind of trip your group would be interested in participating in. We receive VBS/youth teams, medical teams, and construction teams.
Contact us! We can let you know what dates are available and give you all the information you need.
Begin building your team + book your dates with us.
Book your flights. We can assist with this if needed!
Fill out your our Team Information Form. This will allow us to begin planning for your trip!

Plan accordingly! Whether it is medical, VBS, or construction, there are ways that your team can prepare for your trip. For VBS, click the link below for more details. For medical and construction, we will reach out to you with specific details on how you can best be prepared for your trip!
Collect emergency information + book travel insurance. We recommend collecting the following:

Send in all funds at least on month prior to trip.
