Plan accordingly! Whether it is medical, VBS, or construction, teen outreaches, etc., we can help your team prepare for your trip. For VBS, click the link below for more details. For medical and construction, we will reach out to you with specific details on how you can best be prepared for your trip!

Collect emergency information + book travel insurance. We recommend collecting the following:

• Photocopies of passport picture page 

• Emergency contact information

• Emergency health waiver (one is linked below if you need one)

We also ask that all teams get travel insurance. For more information on this, visit our "Covid" page below.

Send in all funds at least one month prior to trip.
